About The President/CEO - Founder

Jeremy Roberts is the founder of Brew Theory and is currently the President and CEO of the company. He started his journey in beverage while in college at Central Michigan University where he graduated with a BA in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Business Law. Through the university he was introduced to ownership of a local brewery called Big Buck Brewing, which is still around today in Gaylord, Michigan. Growing up in automotive manufacturing, he wanted a pathway into manufacturing, but not in automotive, specifically. The brewery was a perfect fit. However important being young and motivated was, the capital expenditure of manufacturing wasn't exactly feasible as a first business right out of college. Instead, Jeremy moved to Florida where he became a multi-unit franchisee of Little Caesars Pizza in Volusia County located on the east coast of the state. Jeremy built five locations throughout Volusia County and owned/operated the company for 10 years until he exited in 2014. During his tenure with Little Caesars Jeremy developed a construction company where he built commercial spaces for other national franchises along with doing hotel renovations.

In 2016, Jeremy found his way back into beverage by opening his first brewery called Orange County Brewers. Orange County Brewers was originally located in Downtown Orlando, but was moved to Lake Mary in 2019 where it is still located today. Orange County Brewers currently has two locations, one being in the Orlando International Airport and two more locations on the way. Simultaneously, while growing Orange County Brewers in 2017, Jeremy started the contract beverage manufacturing company Brew Theory. Brew Theory now has 3 production facilities located in Lowell, MA, Orlando, FL, and the largest location in Sanford, FL. Brew Theory has the ability to produce enough volume for its production partners to cover the entire east coast.

Jeremy plans to continue the growth of Brew Theory via acquisition and expanding on his food hall format called Brew Theory Marketplace where his first location is opening in Apopka, Florida in 2024.

Jeremy has a passion for manufacturing and is dedicated to the beverage industry. His love for business and creativity is what drives Brew Theory and makes it one of the most versatile beverage companies in the industry today.

With quality control measures every step of the way, from recipe formulation to packaging, Brew Theory’s products are brewed with science in mind for a scientifically perfect liquid all beverage enthusiasts can enjoy.

Expanding Locations

We have made a significant investment to complement our 30-barrel system with an additional purchase of a 50,000-square-foot facility and buildout of a 50-barrel system also located in Central FL. State-of-the-art buildout for large-scale co-packing including highspeed canning, bottling, and pasteurization. Add the two brand-new taprooms showcasing our beverage products and Brew Theory is poised to take over the region.
