Brew Theory in Orlando, FL is seeking a full-time Tap Room Event Coordinator to join its growing team. Brew Theory is a contract brewing facility, providing beverage solutions to a wide variety of customers across the beverage industry with a focus on craft beer and cocktails. This fast-growing company provides a unique opportunity, as we are positioned for rapid expansion over the next few years with growth opportunities available for motivated and qualified candidates.

Job duties include:

• Contact businesses to coordinate events
• Knowledge of social media use to advertise and reach out to local companies
• Market the use of the Brew Theory Tap Room for clients to host events
• Keep detailed records of events/contacts and possess the ability to adjust to unforeseen circumstances
• Coordinate with brewhouse teams to provide refreshments to guests
• Keep a clean and organized work area

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.

• At least 21 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Self-motivated, possess the ability to multi-task and manage stressful circumstances associated with a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to operate both independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to use social media to market to clients

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with competitive pay and benefits, dependent upon experience. This position will also earn a commission based on events, depending on how much revenue the event generates.
